"The Kingsboro and South Lake Churches is a church for all ages. When you come, you’ll find a welcoming place, worship that engages, and a message from Scripture that applies to everyday life. We have activities just for children during the service, and children and youth through the week, and many opportunities for everyone to gather. When you join us, you’ll be among friends!"

  • What do I wear?  We are an informal bunch with no dress code.  You will be comfortable and blend in wearing casual attire.
  • What's the music like?  We sing both hymns and praise songs.
  • How long is the service?  Our services normally run around 75 minutes.
  • What is a typical service like?  We sing praise songs & hymns, have a prayer time & a message from God's Word. Once a month we have an open communion service.  Our Pastor normally preaches from the New Living Translation or the New International Version of the Bible but we are open to other translations such as (NASB, AMP, CEV &  NKJV).
  • Who can take communion?   Communion is open, which means you are free to accept it or reject it as it is passed.
  • Will someone ask me to stand up and say who I am?  No.  We usually have a greeting time in the service, when we shake hands and say hello, but no one will ever ask you to stand up and say your name or where you are from.
  • What about the offering?  We give everyone the chance to worship God with an offering.  If you want to contribute, great.  If you want to let the plate pass you by, that is fine as well.  If you want a tax receipt, write a cheque or put your donation in an envelope and write you name and mailing address on it.
  • Is there child care?  Yes, we have a Nursery & Children's Program for infants - grade 6 during our Sunday morning service.
  • Does it matter if I haven't been to church for a while?  No.  We believe that church is a place where sinners seek God and find forgiveness.  Nothing you have done in your life should keep you away from church.
